Kay Nieselt: Visualizing Transcriptional Regulation & Abundance

Kay Nieselt ( describes the approaches available for quantifying and visualizing transcription and transcript regulation. She highlights key visualization tools and analysis approaches for data obtained from microarrays and RNA-seq experiments, and finishes by challenging biological visualization tools developers to address new problems in integrative biological data analysis. This talk was presented at VIZBI 2012, an international conference series on visualizing biological data ( funded by EMBO & NIH.
